Chengzhe Fu is a lecturer in the School of Politics and Public Administration at South China Normal University. Dr.Fu received his PhD from Sun Yat-sen University, with research interests in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Studies, behavioral public management, and policy evaluation.
